Imitation and well balanced repetition (throughout regular sessions) engages memory, reasoning, speech, attention, emotion and reward. A rich repertoire of joyful, quality musical experiences and songs that develop coordination, emotional self-control, memory, rhythmic and pattern awareness that they can track and respond to. Peekaboo songs develops confidence, understanding ‘object permanence’ and problem solving skills! ie: learning that someone is still there even when they can’t see it, as well as anticipation, connecting words with actions and emotions and how they can influence the game through musically rich experiences! Babies are blissfully unaware of the verbal/ non-verbal cues and turn taking skills they are absorbing. Babies tune into the voice, sounds, tone and gestures to predict what happens next, encouraging gross motor skills, connection and belonging.  Natural curiosity, body awareness, intuitive movement, hand-eye coordination, focus & fine motor skills are nurtured through eye tracking, percussion instruments, puppets, tactile props, finger plays and body plays. Lots of room for exploring and discovery. Musical nurturing, a sense of wonder and expressive sensitivity assimilates gently. Confidence, listening skills and fortitude steadily grows.
